Fees
In accordance with the legal and ethical rules of the legal profession, fees are freely agreed.
Apart from the free initial call, a written fee agreement is entered into between the client and the firm before any work begins.

Billing
Billing arrangements
The different types of fees (time-based, fixed or success fees) are not automatically cumulative and are applied only as set out in the fee agreement.
Time-based fees
Fees may be calculated on the basis of an hourly rate agreed when the matter is opened, according to the time actually spent on the case.
Fixed fees
For certain assignments, an overall fixed fee may be offered, covering all the planned work.
Success fees
Where the regulations allow, an additional success fee may be agreed, on top of a base fee set on a time-spent or fixed basis, under the terms defined in the fee agreement.
