  • European Union Trade Mark Regulation
  • Unfair competition and free-riding
  • EU Artificial Intelligence Act

The French Intellectual Property Code governs copyright, neighbouring rights, trade marks and designs. The European Union trade mark, filed with the EUIPO, is governed by Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 and has effect throughout all Member States.

Unfair competition and free-riding fall under the general law of civil liability. The firm also advises on the issues raised by artificial intelligence in the creation, exploitation and monetisation of works.
